The Hidden Cost of Contextual Sycophancy: an AI Literacy Intervention in Human-AI Collaboration

This study investigates how sycophantic alignment emerges in authentic multi-turn human-AI interactions and whether interventions targeting increasing AI literacy and prompting competencies can mitigate its effects.
