When someone asks "ChatGPT vs Claude?"

Both are excellent models. But the comparison misses the point. The model matters less than the system around it. An average model with perfect context about YOU will outperform the best model that knows nothing about you. I use Claude as my backbone, but the real differentiator is the memory and personalization layer on top. Generic AI = generic output.
