A lot of agentic AI content focuses on greenfield builds. I wanted to show what it looks like when you have an existing search stack and want to supercharge it without a rewrite. Built a with four levels of AI adoption - from a zero-risk async suggestion bar up to a full conversational search assistant - and wrote up the architecture at each level.
