Stop building apps if you have no idea how you’ll market them

I need to vent a bit, because I keep seeing this and I need to know if others feel the same. Scroll through any AI/startup/building forum for five minutes and it’s everywhere: “I built this. ” “Just launched my app. ” “I’m building a SaaS for X. ” “Check out my AI tool. ” And fair enough. Shipping is cool. But the question I keep having is: Have you thought about how you’re going to get users, or did you just build because building felt like progress? If the answer is “I don’t know, I’ll figure it out after launch,” then you’re probably not building a product.
