ChatGPT gave me access to a file I deleted months ago

A few months ago, around early February, I created a custom agent inside a ChatGPT Project. In that Project, I had uploaded files into the Project’s “Sources” section. One of those files contained some specific written content. I later deleted that file from the Project Sources. As far as I can tell, it has been deleted for than two months. Since then, I have checked everywhere I can access from the ChatGPT interface. The file is not in the Project Sources anymore. It is not in my File Library. It is not attached to any current conversation.
