ZIB results looking awful, what's the secret?

For the life of me I can't get any decent results from ZIB, and I mean even SD1.5 decent. Example below. I'm using the most basic workflow ever, CFG 4, tried any step amount from 15 to 50. Bunch of stuff in the negative prompt and nothing at all (no big difference). Euler Simple, rendering at SDXL resolutions or Qwen and. yeah just look at it.
