I hate AI companies

I'm losing my mind here. Fed up with Claude's limits, I switched to ChatGPT. Was using Codex weeks 1 and 2 were fine, but now in weeks 3 and 4, I've hit 90% of my weekly limit in just 10 prompts. Worst part is, I barely did anything important these past two days. Honestly, I'm sick of these tech companies' greed. Google, Anthropic, OpenAI. they're all identical. The moment they smell blood, they immediately cash in. Edit: Guys, isn't this illegal? After all, I am purchasing a service, and they arbitrarily change the limits and cut my usage.
