Harness engineering, and why it is becoming the most underrated skill in tech. Two teams. Same Anthropic or OpenAI API key. The same internet full of tutorials and the same Stack Overflow answers and the same YouTube videos. By all visible measures, they are starting from identical positions. Six months later, one of them has shipped a product that a hundred thousand people use every day. The other has shipped a that breaks the second a real user touches it. The model is the same.
